 By: login123OV Although the facility is hidden in a residential area, it is well worth the drive. I toured many facilities near where we live (West Hills area) and was skeptical when Chatsworth Park was recommended to me because of the distance. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the place: very clean. It's in a residential area, which I liked. The employees seemed happy, the rehab gym was busy, the patients looked happy and well cared for. After a very detailed Q&A with the rehab director, some rehab patients and the administrator himself, I decided to go with the place. Wise decision. Yes or No By: login123OV Chatsworth Skilled Nursing Facility helped my mother to recover from her hip fracture. After surgery at west hills hospital, she was transferred to chatsworth park care. The facility is clean, and happy environment. The nurses are great, going the extra mile to make you happy. This was my experience and I have never been to any other facility to compare it to. His Doctor recommended Chatsworth park for their Physical therapy and good nursing care. In 2 weeks, my dad was walking without a walker.
